Assigned to the WebMD marketing team to lead the brand strategy updates for their newest product “WebMD Care”, the new standard for health care search results online.

Design Objective: Create a consistent design language to apply on all future marketing collateral. 
Main Goal: Provide a premium new look that attracts medical practice owners to engage with the product and inspire confidence to purchase upsells. 

Primary Tasks: Email Campaigns & Design, Web Banners, Web Products (UI / UX) 
Secondary Tasks: Print Design, Presentations & Webinars, Content Creation
Digital Marketing
Designed a wide variety of banner ad concepts to target medical practice owners and potential WebMD unique users. Tailored each design for different sizes and placement on websites as well as social media platforms. A/B Tested content, messaging, style, animation and anything we could think of to improve click through performance.

Email Design
Created a library of email templates and design elements customized with our products message.
This allowed the marketing team to create campaigns and construct emails in half the time.
I provided assistance with image concepts, animation, and content creation. My contributions consistently helped the team reach our monthly goals for conversion rates.
Web Products (UI / UX)
Responsible for providing redesign concepts for the WebMD Care product. New design improves the user interface with modern visuals and enhanced search tools. Added multiple new touchpoint with popular search results, top rated local doctors, and banners to target users specific needs.
Redesigned search results page layout and filter tools. Improved UI / UX design for physician profiles (paid and free version). Medical Professionals seeking to claim their profile now have an easy path to join the network. New concept includes banner links prominently placed on the home page, search results, and the users own unclaimed profile.

Conversion page is now more than just a form fill. New design educates the user of the product benefits and provides a convincing reason to convert in to a customer. Design takes in to account previous user behavior and attempts to eliminate the major pain points that caused bounce rate.
Responsive user cards designed to travel across the WebMD platform in various ad placements and modules. This allows customers to pay a premium to have their practice reach more viewers on content pages. If a WebMD user is searching for a specific symptom or treatment my new concept provides them with premium medical professionals they can click on.

Presentation Design
Designed templates for Sales Decks, Product Presentations, and Webinars. Created several layouts and master pages to speed up the output for the marketing and sales team.

Provided insight for how design and copy can worked together with a correct flow and hierarchy of information. Responsible for co-writing copy to suggest catchy headlines that are quick to read and avoid long drawn out explanations. My contributions helped our message stick the bottom line: How does this product benefit our customers end results?
Sales Collateral
Created all the print work the sales team needed to improve their monthly numbers. Redesigned business cards, flyers, case studies, trade show booths and any useful piece of collateral to help show off the new look of WebMD Care.

Assisted the Sale Director with creating flyer packets / cheat sheets personalized for all reps to discuss the product benefits.
